Taking care of your cat’s overall health starts by feeding him properly. We suggest using this chart as a guide. Adjust amounts accordingly over time. Please remember these portions are averages and will vary according to age, activity, size and temperament of your cat. When introducing PRO PAC® Ultimates™ Deep Sea Select™, mix increasing amounts of PRO PAC® Ultimates™ Deep Sea Select™ with decreasing amounts of the current food over a 1 week period. During gestation and lactation, feed 2 - 3 times as much food as recommended in the Daily Feeding Guide for the weight of your Adult cat. Kittens start to eat solid foods at 3 - 4 weeks of age and should have free access to moistened food from this time until weaning (6 - 8 weeks). Moistened food should be 1 part warm water with 3 parts PRO PAC® Ultimates™ Deep Sea Select™. You may keep PRO PAC® Ultimates™ Deep Sea Select™ before your kitten at all times; most kittens will satisfy their nutritional needs as their appetite dictates.
- On days 1 & 2 of the change, you should have plenty of your pet’s old food left. Fill the bowl with 3 quarters of the old food, and one quarter of PRO PAC® Ultimates™.
- On days 3 & 4, add in another quarter, so you have half old food, half PRO PAC® Ultimates™.
- On days 5 & 6, mix one quarter old food and 3 quarters PRO PAC® Ultimates™ Food for Pets.
- In only 7 days, your pet will be on an all-new diet of PRO PAC® Ultimates™ Food for Pets!
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?
Many of our orders are processed and shipped out within 48hrs of purchase. Orders placed on the weekends will be processed the following Monday.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES
If you have placed an order for in store pickup you will be able to pick the order up from our retail store located at 1331 W Cedar St. Standish, MI 48658. CHECKING YOUR ORDER STATUS
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If you have any further questions we would love to hear from you! We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase it must be returned unopened and undamaged within 14 days of the delivery date. The return address is 1331 W Cedar St. Standish, MI 48658. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at email@example.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
