SHIPPING

The processing and handling time is 1-3 days unless otherwise stated on the specific product page. We ship through the USPS and UPS. Your package will come by one of those carriers. Once an item has shipped you will receive a tracking number so that you may track the package and see when it is suppose to arrive. All products that cost over $250 may require a signature upon receiving the package. If the package arrives damaged, please email a couple photos of packaging and product to sales@standishmilling.com.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Some products are seasonal items that we carry at certain times of the year.We do our best to keep products in stock, but there are occasions where our wholesale and retail sales deplete inventory quicker than expected and items may be back ordered. If this happens, you will immediately receive an email letting you know an expected delivery date or an immediate refund if requested.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will provide a refund or exchange the item within 14 days of purchase. Please email us requesting a refund as well as offering a reason why. You may email this reason to sales@standishmilling.com. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment of your order. Also, the buyer is responsible for the shipment to return also unless an error occurred on our part.  For items damaged in shipment please call Customer Relations at (800) 322-0527 or sales@standishmilling.com.
