Feeding Instructions

Adjust amounts accordingly over time. Please remember these portions are averages and will vary according to age, activity, size and temperament of your cat. When introducing Primitive Feline™ to your cat's diet, mix increasing amounts of Primitive Feline™ with decreasing amounts of the current food over a 1 - week period.

During gestation and lactation, feed 2 - 3 times as much food as recommended in the Daily Feeding Guide for the weight of your Adult cat. Kittens start to eat solid foods at 3 - 4 weeks of age and should have free access to moistened food from this time until weaning (6 - 8 weeks). Moistened food should be 1 part warm water with 3 parts Primitive Feline™. You may keep Primitive Feline™ before your kitten at all times; most kittens will satisfy their nutritional needs as their appetite dictates. Have clean, fresh water available at all times.

Transition Instructions

On days 1 & 2 of the change, you should have plenty of your pet’s old food left. Fill the bowl with 3 quarters of the old food, and one quarter of Earthborn Holistic®.

On days 3 & 4, add in another quarter, so you have half old food, half Earthborn Holistic®.

On days 5 & 6, mix one quarter old food and 3 quarters Earthborn Holistic® Food for Pets.

In only 7 days, your pet will be on an all-new diet of Earthborn Holistic® Food for Pets!

UPS Ground Shipping

We primarily use UPS Ground for our shipping. The cost of shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. UPS Ground offers reliable, cost-effective delivery for packages under 150 lbs.

You can estimate your shipping costs by adding items to your cart and entering your shipping address. Our system will automatically calculate the shipping costs before you proceed to checkout.

LTL (Less Than Truckload) Shipping

For larger orders over 150 lbs, we use Less Than Truckload (LTL) shipping. LTL shipping is a cost-effective way to ship large orders by combining shipments from multiple customers.

Here's how it works:

You get a quote: When you add items to your cart that total more than 150 lbs, our system will provide an LTL shipping quote. This quote is based on the total weight of your order and your shipping address.
Your order is shipped: Once your order is ready, we send it to the shipping carrier who combines it with other shipments going in the same direction. This process allows us to save on shipping costs and pass those savings onto you.
Your order is delivered: The carrier will deliver your order to your specified address. Keep in mind that delivery times for LTL shipments may be longer than UPS Ground shipments due to the consolidation process.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?

Many of our orders are processed and shipped out within 48hrs of purchase. Orders placed on the weekends will be processed the following Monday.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES

If you have placed an order for in store pickup you will be able to pick the order up from our retail store located at 1331 W Cedar St. Standish, MI 48658. CHECKING YOUR ORDER STATUS

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
