Earthborn Holistic Ocean Fusion is a limited-ingredient dog food with a great fishy taste for your dog. Made with Pacific Whiting meal and enriched with Taurine for heart health, this single fish protein recipe is great for dogs with allergies or food sensitivities. An added blend of pumpkin and other superfoods like flaxseed, blueberries, and apples, this whole grain recipe is a great option for dogs with sensitive stomachs.
Fish is a unique protein for most dogs, making it a great dietary alternative. Our unique whitefish and potato formula contains fewer protein and carbohydrate sources than most formulas, making it easy to manage your dog’s dietary needs. Barley and rye are wholesome grains that are easily digested and are a good source of natural fiber, which helps maintain a healthy intestinal tract. L-carnitine helps convert body fat into muscle and energy, supporting lean muscle mass and body conditioning. Balanced Omega-6 and Omega-3 fatty acids play a vital role in establishing the lipid barrier of the skin, supporting your dog’s healthy skin and coat.

Earthborn Holistic® Ocean Fusion Natural Dog Food: Feeding Guidelines

You may keep Earthborn Holistic® Ocean Fusion before your adult dog at all times, because most dogs will eat as their bodies require food.

If you prefer to control your dog’s food intake, we suggest you use the chart below as a guide. Adjust amounts accordingly over time. These portions are averages; portions will vary by the age, activity, size, and temperament of your adult dog.

When introducing Earthborn Holistic® Ocean Fusion dog food, mix increasing amounts of Ocean Fusion with decreasing amounts of the old food over a one-week period.

We are now listing metabolizable energy (M.E.) calories, which is required by AAFCO. Metabolizable calories represent what is nutritionally available to the dog for good performance and health.

UPS Ground Shipping

We primarily use UPS Ground for our shipping. The cost of shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. UPS Ground offers reliable, cost-effective delivery for packages under 150 lbs.

You can estimate your shipping costs by adding items to your cart and entering your shipping address. Our system will automatically calculate the shipping costs before you proceed to checkout.

LTL (Less Than Truckload) Shipping

For larger orders over 150 lbs, we use Less Than Truckload (LTL) shipping. LTL shipping is a cost-effective way to ship large orders by combining shipments from multiple customers.

Here's how it works:

  1. You get a quote: When you add items to your cart that total more than 150 lbs, our system will provide an LTL shipping quote. This quote is based on the total weight of your order and your shipping address.

  2. Your order is shipped: Once your order is ready, we send it to the shipping carrier who combines it with other shipments going in the same direction. This process allows us to save on shipping costs and pass those savings onto you.

  3. Your order is delivered: The carrier will deliver your order to your specified address. Keep in mind that delivery times for LTL shipments may be longer than UPS Ground shipments due to the consolidation process.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We aren’t perfect, but we’re pretty close.

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?

Many of our orders are processed and shipped out within 48hrs of purchase. Orders placed on the weekends will be processed the following Monday.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES

If you have placed an order for in store pickup you will be able to pick the order up from our retail store located at 1331 W Cedar St. Standish, MI 48658. Shipping rates are based solely on the ship to address at checkout. Please try to call ahead before coming to pick up your order so we can have it ready for you. (989)-846-6880

CHECKING YOUR ORDER STATUS

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@standishmilling.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@standishmilling.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If you have any further questions we would love to hear from you! Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at sales@standishmilling.com. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase it must be returned unopened and undamaged within 14 days of the delivery date. The return address is 1331 W Cedar St. Standish, MI 48658. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at sales@standishmilling.com.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
